Why is it free?
Because it’s the fastest way for both of us to see whether this is worth doing. If what I find isn’t worth acting on, I’ll say so.
What do you need from me?
One export of customers and their orders, ideally the last two years. Rough is fine. I’ll tell you if anything important is missing. The five working days start once I have a usable export.
What happens after I get the list?
That’s up to you. If it shows something worth fixing, I’ll tell you what I’d do and what it would cost. Either way, the list is yours.
Does asking commit me to anything?
No. The list doesn’t sign you up to anything. If we don’t go on to work together, I delete your export within 30 days of sending your list.
